PEPSI® & SAFEWAY BIG GAME (“PROMOTION”) OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. INTERNET ACCESS REQUIRED. DATA RATES MAY APPLY IF PARTICIPATING VIA A MOBILE DEVICE.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The Promotion consists of a random drawing for a chance to win four (4) Grand Prize and four (4) Secondary Prizes (collectively, “Prizes”) (the “Random Drawing”). For each valid entry (as defined below), the participant will receive one (1) entry into the Random Drawing. All winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. See below for complete prize details and Official Rules.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on October 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on December 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period"). The time clock of the Promotion Administrator’s (as defined below) computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, visit PepsiBigGame.com/Safeway (the “Website”) or scan the code on POS display to visit the program site. Scanning the code is not required to participate/enter; consumers can also type in the program URL to access the site. Upon accessing the Website, follow the instructions to register. To register, you will be required to (a) submit your valid email address, date of birth, mailing address (street, city, state, zip code - P.O. Boxes are not eligible), and phone number and (b) agree and accept these Official Rules. You must provide an email address and opt into the rules at each entry. You can come back daily to enter for a chance to win. Each entry earns a registered user one entry into the Promotion. Limit one (1) entry per account per day.

   Entrants accessing the Website by scanning the code must have a smart phone or other web-enabled device with a camera feature or code-reader application and may incur data charges from their wireless service provider for each use of the code, depending on their service plan. If entering via a mobile phone or device, check with your wireless service provider for details on any applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any wireless charges associated with entering the Promotion including the downloading and use of the code reader (if applicable).

   Limit one (1) play per person/email address per day. A “day” is defined as the twenty-four (24) hours between 12:00:00 a.m. PT and 11:59:59 p.m.

   All participants must have a valid email address. The name of the person submitting a play must be the name of the authorized account holder of the email address upon registration, otherwise, the play may be deemed void. Multiple participants may not share the same email address. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a participant, the play will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address used. A potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that they are the authorized account holder of such email address.

   Each play must be manually keystroked and/or manually entered by the individual participant. Automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of plays (including but not limited to plays made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from any such scripts, macros, bots or sweepstakes services or related email addresses or IP addresses may be blocked. If it is discovered that a participant used multiple email addresses, phone numbers and/or mailing addresses, and/or manipulated such information for the purpose of obtaining more than the stated number of Plays or prizes, such person will be disqualified and any prize won, shall be forfeited.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years old (19 in AL or NE) at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to participate or win: employees, contractors, directors and officers of PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company (“Sponsor”) and its bottlers, Genesco Sports Enterprises, Inc. (“Administrator”), the NFL Entities (defined as NFL Properties LLC, National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, participating locations, distributors, webmasters/suppliers, Safeway, Inc., Motive Group, Inc., advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of the Promotion (hereinafter, collectively, “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of each and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Promotion). No groups, clubs or organizations may enter or win a prize or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to its members.

5. RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 2, 2026 from among all eligible entries received by the Administrator whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entries submitted during the Promotion Period are only eligible for this Promotion and do not remain eligible for any subsequent promotions.

6. PRIZE DETAILS

   GRAND PRIZES – Four (4) of the Grand Prizes will be awarded via the Random Drawing.

   1. Super Bowl Tickets : Four (4) Grand Prizes: Each Super Bowl Tickets Grand Prize consists of two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LX (“Game”) which is scheduled to take place on February 8, 2026 in Santa Clara, California. Grand Prize Conditions apply, see below.
   • Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $5,000.00.

   Grand Prize Conditions: Transportation, accommodations, upgrades, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, incidentals, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. The guest may be a minor only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner. Minor must be accompanied at all times during all prize-related events by minor’s parent or legal guardian. All prize-related events are subject to availability, change and restrictions. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled prize-related events or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations beyond its control. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of a change, cancellation or delay. Sponsor is not responsible and will have no liability if the winner and/or their guest is, for any reason, not permitted to redeem all prize elements. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the prize at any time and send winner and their guest home immediately if winner and/or their guest engages in behavior that is illegal or is non-sportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any time during a prize-related event. The winner agrees that acceptance of the prize is done so entirely upon their own initiative, risk, and responsibility.

   Game is subject to change and cancellation. Winners will not receive compensation from Sponsor in the event of a Game delay, postponement, or cancellation. Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to terms regarding Game rescheduling or cancellation. Winners and their guests may be required to produce government-issued identification prior to entering the Game. Ticket redemption may require a mobile ticketing app and is subject to terms and conditions as stated thereon and provided via such mobile ticketing platform. Winners may be required to provide a valid email address, download the applicable mobile ticketing app to their mobile device, and present tickets at the stadium via mobile device. Data rates may apply. Winners are solely responsible for any such wireless or data charges associated with such use, including the downloading and use of mobile ticket app. WiFi is provided at the stadium. Winners and guests must abide by all venue policies and regulations, including without limitation all health and safety protocols, and ticket terms and conditions at all times. For the avoidance of doubt, unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards tickets for any subsequent NFL game/event/exhibition or for cash. The Released Parties and/or venue operator reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the Game or otherwise violates the applicable fan code of conduct. Game tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.

   SECONDARY PRIZES – Four (4) Secondary Prizes (Game Day Feast) will be awarded via the Random Drawing. Each Secondary Prize (Game Day Feast) includes:

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: For the potential Grand Prize winners: The potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by the Administrator via email after the Promotion Period. The email will provide information regarding how to claim the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize must be claimed within forty-eight (48) hours of email notification or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The Grand Prize winners will be required to complete, sign and return an IRS Form W-9 (including their social security number) and an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release within five (5) calendar day period.

   For the potential Secondary Prize winners: The four (4) potential Secondary Prize winners will be notified by the Administrator via email after the Promotion Period. The email will provide instructions on how to claim the prize and select their Game Day Feast delivery date. Sponsor and Safeway reserve the right to modify the delivery date. Each Secondary Prize must be claimed within seventy-two (72) hours of email notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

   If (a) any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable; (b) a potential winner does not properly claim their prize (as instructed within the notification); (c) a potential winner does not return any required documents within the allotted time period; or (d) a potential winner cannot be verified or is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, prize may be forfeited (and awarded to an alternate winner, as determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated within these Official Rules, no compensation will be given.

8. GENERAL: The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of New York without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Void where prohibited. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of legal U.S. residency, if requested by Sponsor, to determine eligibility and as a condition of prize award. No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and non cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize or any portion thereof becomes unavailable. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participants' actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., costs associated with participating), and participants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Prize winners will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes, if any. The Grand Prize winners will be required to give their social security number to the Administrator as a condition of receiving the prize and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. Any difference between the stated value of any prize and the actual retail value will not be awarded.

9. CONDUCT: By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or the Website; or to be acting in any manner deemed to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information submitted by participant, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Website or any network or wireless service or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet or wireless service; (f) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's mobile phone or other device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download of any materials in the Promotion; (g) suspended or discontinued Internet or wireless service or a change in a potential winner’s phone number, email address or mailing address which may result in the potential winner not receiving a prize notification; or (h) any undelivered or unanswered notifications or emails, including without limitation, emails that are not received because of a potential winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Promotion email, including any prize-winning notification, to a spam or junk folder. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, including but not limited to Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, government restriction, or any other condition beyond their control, which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend the Promotion and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they appear online from time to time during the Promotion for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant from this Promotion or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if he or she tampers with the entry process or if his or her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to correct errors in promotional materials.

11. DISCLAIMER: No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event a programming, production, seeding or printing error or any other reason causes more than the stated number of prizes, as set forth in these Official Rules, to be available, awarded, and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves right to award only the stated number of prizes. Screen shots are not proof of entry or winning status.

12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All participants, as a condition of participation in the Promotion, agree to release the Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property, including bodily injury and death, which may be sustained in connection with accessing the Website, submitting a Play or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in the printing of these Official Rules or the offering or announcement of any prize. Winners shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize and/or prize documentation after it has been delivered. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Except where prohibited by law, each winner grants to Sponsor and the NFL Entities and their designees, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use his or her name, voice, statement, picture or other likeness for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including the Internet without review, notification or approval, and additional compensation or consideration, unless prohibited by law.

    Sponsor’s use of your personal information is subject to the privacy policy located at contact.pepsico.com/pepsi/privacy-policy. Any communication between entrant and Administrator, Sponsor or its agencies regarding the Promotion (e.g., phone calls, text messages, chats, emails, etc.) may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Winners’ names may be included in a publicly available winners’ list.
